A Live Online Workshop With Misty Tripoli

Don't Just Do It.groove it.

Your Life. Your Way.

For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of teaching over a million women around the world. Every class, every workshop, every retreat, and every conversation has taught me the same five simple principles, over and over again.

I'd love to share them with you during this intimate afternoon together, as we move our bodies, have real conversations, laugh, connect, and remember that your life is meant to be lived… your way.

Before Groove

I used to get paid
to sell you the lie.

Nike Global Elite Athlete. Health club director. Reebok, Skechers, Equinox. Top of my game, front of the room.

And the thing I was selling was this: your worth is on the other side of enough discipline, hard work, and pain.

I said it well. I believed it. I was also bulimic, exhausted, and running myself into the ground to keep proving it. Then I cracked.

And when the whole illusion came down, I saw what I had been doing to women for years. So I left. I dissolved the whole life I had built, and built the opposite.

30 years and over a million women later, here is what I know now that I did not know then.

Everybody Wants To Sell You A

Comeback.

Get your body back. Get your confidence back. Get your spark back. As if the good part already happened, and you missed it.

You did not miss it. You are the most equipped you have ever been in your life. You know things now. You have been through things that would have flattened the woman you were at 28. You have stopped caring what people think about your opinions, your work, your choices.

The I-don't-give-a-f*ck button is finally on.
Now let's use it on your own life.

Here is what over a million women have taught me.

I have spent thirty years in rooms with women all over the world. Every age, every body, every background, every language. Women who have buried people. Women who run companies. Women who have not done one thing for themselves in a decade. And the same things happen in every single room.

It has nothing to do with how well you move.

The women who walk out different are not the ones who can dance. They are the ones who stop caring whether they can. They quit performing, show up for themselves, and honor whatever their body wants that day.

The permission does not stay on the dance floor.

A woman gives herself permission to move her own way for one afternoon. And then she starts saying no to things, booking the trip, asking for what she wants out loud. It never stops at the music.

The one standing in the back, arms crossed?

She came because a friend dragged her. She's already told me she doesn't do this kind of thing. She's almost always the one I cannot get to leave at the end.

Nobody has ever hated themselves into feeling good.

Not one woman in thirty years has criticized her way to a body she loves. I tried it for years myself, and it made me very good at my job, and very unwell.

It was never the movement. It was the permission.

The music and the moves are the easy part. What actually gets a woman is realizing there is no wrong way to do it, not on the floor, and not in her life.

Women do not need more information.

You already know. You've known for years. What's been missing was never another expert telling you what's wrong with you. It's permission, a room full of women doing the same thing, and something you actually practice.

The Afternoon

What we will experience together.

  • We Groove. All of us, together: one big delicious dance floor, in our own living rooms.
  • Then We Get Honest. One principle at a time, and where it's missing from your real life. Not in theory. In your calendar, your body, your mouth.
  • Movement Breaks, Throughout. Because your body will believe things your brain wants to argue with.
  • Small Living-Room Chats. With women from all over the world.
  • You Leave With One Thing. Something you're actually going to practice. Not a feeling. Feelings are gone by Tuesday.

In Their Words

I'm not going to tell you what this does.they will.

Misty coaching a class

"The Wild & Wise workshop today was an amazing experience! It facilitated a shift in me that I had been longing for. I'm so exhausted of feeling like I must achieve perfection before I have enough to offer… more than that… to BE ENOUGH for MYSELF."

Sandra Merritt

"You make me feel so much better about myself and where I am in life. And you also always give me hope that there's way more that I can do if I choose to."

Tonya Sheetz

"In my 48+ years this is the only program that lifts people up instead of making them feel like less than they are."

Terri Reifsnyder

"I lost my son 6 years ago, and spent the first six months in bed. Until I saw you dancing… you got me up, and moving. I'm still moving."

jennyjordanmaine

"I left her seminar in tears, just being in a room where you share your energy. Thank you for always being that beacon, and still being that beacon to this day."

zumbarbie

"Misty, thank you. You changed my life."

Wendy L.
People ask me why I live in the jungle in Mexico.

Simple answer: I wanted a life that felt like mine. Not somebody else's version of a good life. Mine. It is not perfect, not every day is magic. But I wake up every morning knowing I chose this. That is all I want for you. Not my life. Yours.

This Is For You If…

  • You're really good at taking care of everyone else, and you've forgotten to take care of yourself.
  • You want real conversations and practical tools, not more discipline or another list of things to fix.
  • You keep thinking "one day…" but deep down you know one day has to become today.
  • You've spent years proving how strong you are. Now you're ready for more joy.
  • You're ready to stop just doing life, and start Grooving it.

This Is Not For You If…

  • You want a workout plan and a number on a scale.
  • You want to be told what to do and how to look.
  • You're planning to keep your camera off and watch. (Camera on is the deal. Not so I can look at you, so you stop hiding from yourself for one afternoon.)

Hell Yes, I'm In!

Here Is Why It's Not More.

I could charge a lot more for this. People have told me to. But I have watched what happens when a woman finally gives herself four hours. I would rather the room be full of women who are ready than women who could afford it. $98. One afternoon. Everything above is yours to keep.

And If You Hate It?

Come, do the whole thing. If you get to the end and it did nothing for you, email me and I'll give you your money back. Keep the notebook. I'm not worried about it.

Registration closes October 17th, or when the seats are gone.

Questions

What if I don't think I can dance?

Don't worry about it. It's not important. If you can move, you can groove. I'll guide you through the whole thing, and the moves are ridiculously simple. Your only job is to do them your way.

Do I need any experience with Groove?

None. If you've never heard of me until today, you are exactly who this is for.

What do I need?

A computer, a bit of space to move, and good wireless headphones or a speaker. The music matters. Don't do this through your laptop speakers.

Is this a workout?

You'll move, you'll probably sweat, and you'll feel it. But no, this isn't a workout, and I'm not counting anything. This is about how you feel, not what you burn.

What if my body has limitations?

Then you move the way your body wants to move that day. That's not a workaround, that's literally the method. Sitting, standing, small, big. Your way is the right way.

What if I'm the oldest one there?

You won't be. And if you were, every woman in that room would want to be you.

Do I have to be on camera?

Yes. Not for me, for you. Something changes when you stop hiding, and I want you to feel it. (The recording is speaker view only. You'll never end up on video. Just me.)

I'm nervous about the chat sessions.

Good. That usually means it's exactly what you need. Small groups, no pressure to perform, and you can say as much or as little as you want. Most women tell me afterward this was their favorite part.

What do I wear?

Whatever you can move in, and whatever makes you feel good. No shoes required, no outfit required.

What time zone?

Eastern Standard Time.

What if I can't make it live?

Register anyway. Everyone who registers gets the recording.
